Where can information on industry size and future be gotten without paying out hundreds to thousands of dollars?
A little more information would be helpful. Are you looking to invest in a fledgling company, pondering your own company start-up, or just curious? Depending on what your objective is it may be well worth it to purchase industry trend information. You could always goggle it and sort through what is relevant.

I am actually looking for the same type of information. Currently I am a student at the University of Bologna, Italy, and I am conducting a study on the custom furnishings industry in the US. I haven't been able to find anything about it, info like demand, or how are the main competitors in the industry, if they are national or if there are international ones as well, market share, etc.
